Another heat repellant blouse!
The fabric is from SAS, one of my favorite fabric stores. It is a huge warehouse of piles and piles of fabric. This pink fabric has shell cutouts and it contains some stretch. The original version (orange) has no stretch and it fits tight, so I decided to add an extra inch on each side, and shortened the shirred hem.
